Eligible players include property managers, facility managers, building brokers, general contractors, building superintendents, and commercial HVAC contractors. 3. Players are not required to be customers of Horizon Roofing, Inc., and no purchase of goods is necessary to participate. Horizon Roofing reserves the right to update these rules as needed.
